Role and Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Scheduling

• • Develop detailed project schedules using tools like Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar software.

• • Create Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and define project milestones.

• • Establish baseline schedules and maintain updated progress schedules.

• • Identify critical path activities and float/slack analysis.

• Monitoring & Control

• • Track actual progress against planned schedules.

• • Analyze schedule variances and forecast completion dates.

• • Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc progress reports.

• • Monitor Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics (SPI, CPI, etc.).

• Coordination & Communication

• • Liaise with project managers, site engineers, procurement, and subcontractors.

• • Conduct planning meetings and schedule review sessions.

• • Coordinate resource loading and manpower histograms.

• • Interface with clients and stakeholders on schedule matters.
