Responsibilities

• Inspect piping fabrication, fit-up, and installation activities.

• Review and approve Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and inspection records.

• Verify compliance with codes such as ASME B31.3, B31.1, and project specifications.

• Witness pressure testing (hydro, pneumatic) and document results.

• Monitor pipe support installation, alignment, and dimensional checks.

• Review material traceability (MTRs) and ensure correct materials are used.

• Raise and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and corrective actions.

• Coordinate with welding, NDT, and civil/structural teams.

• Liaise with client and third-party inspectors during inspections.

• Maintain and compile final documentation and as-built records.
