Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site safety inspections and hazard identification.

• Develop and implement Job Hazard Analyses (JHA) and Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS).

• Ensure compliance with local regulations, client requirements, and international HSE standards.

• Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training sessions for site personnel.

• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses and prepare reports.

• Monitor use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and enforce safety rules.

• Maintain safety documentation, logs, and statistical records.

• Coordinate emergency response plans and conduct drills.

• Identify unsafe acts and conditions and initiate corrective actions.

• Liaise with client HSE representatives and regulatory authorities.

• Review and approve work permits (hot work, confined space, working at height, etc.).

• Participate in safety audits and management reviews.
