Job Description
A Civil QC Inspector is a certified quality control professional responsible for inspecting, monitoring, and verifying all civil construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, standards, and approved procedures.
Role and Responsibilities

Pre-Construction Inspection — Verify site preparation, setting out, and survey control.

In-Process Inspection — Monitor concrete placement, compaction, and formwork.

Post-Construction Inspection — Dimensional checks, surface finish, and curing verification.

Material Verification — Verify cement, aggregates, rebar, and admixture certifications.

Testing Coordination — Witness and review soil, concrete, and material test results.

NCR Management — Identify, raise, and close non-conformance reports.

Documentation — Maintain inspection records, test reports, and MDRs.

Compliance — Ensure work meets project specs, drawings, and applicable codes.
