Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and workforce (skilled/unskilled labor, subcontractors).

• Interpret and implement engineering drawings, specifications, and BOQs on site.

• Conduct routine site inspections to monitor quality and progress.

• Carry out surveying, leveling, and setting-out works.

• Ensure adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) regulations on site.

• Coordinate with Project Engineers, consultants, and subcontractors for smooth execution.

• Maintain daily progress reports, site diaries, and material consumption records.

• Resolve on-ground technical issues and site discrepancies.

• Verify material quality before use and coordinate deliveries with store/procurement.

• Prepare and maintain RFIs, method statements, and inspection requests.

• Support in measurement, quantity verification, and billing (MB recording).
