Role and Responsibilities

• QC Plan Development — Prepare and implement Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) for all piping activities.

• Procedure Review — Review and approve welding procedures (WPS/PQR), NDT procedures, and hydro test procedures.

• Inspection Oversight — Supervise and coordinate QC inspectors during fabrication and installation.

• NDT Management — Plan, coordinate, and review all NDT activities and results.

• Pressure Testing — Oversee hydrostatic, pneumatic, and leak testing operations.

• NCR Management — Review, approve, and close non-conformance reports.

• Client Interface — Liaise with client and third-party inspectors during hold and witness points.

• Documentation — Compile and submit Material Documentation Records (MDRs) and turnover packages.

• Compliance — Ensure full compliance with ASME, API, and project specifications.
